OUTSIDE Casa Kato is located on the upper slope of the Montana Roja. The private sun terrace has one of the best panoramic views you will find in Playa Blanca. On the left is a fabulous range of mountains. Moving to the right, and looking down, is Playa Blanca with the sea behind. To the far right you can see the island of Fuerteventura. The large sun terrace is walled on both sides offering privacy from the neighbouring villas. A 24.5m2 swimming pool is heated by an electric pool heater all year round. There are sun loungers and relaxer chairs together with an outside wicker table and chairs for your comfort. To the right of the villa is an al-fresco style dining area with large table and chairs to seat eight. A barbecue completes the outside facilities. |

INSIDE The villa has four bedrooms, two double and two twin. There are three bathrooms (two en-suite). The ensuite bathrooms both include jacuzzi style baths with showers attached. The third bathroom has a walk in shower. The villa has a lounge equipped with comfortable settees and widescreen satellite television and dvd. A selection of DVDs and books are provided for your use. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The villa has now been equipped with wireless broadband internet access for any guests wishing to take a laptop.
